What’s New?
In addition to the overall design update, you will now be able to add billers in just a few clicks. Our system can find billers and add them to your account for you in minutes.
Will this update affect my account access?
No. Once the updated Bill Pay user experience is live, you can simply log into Online or Mobile Banking using your same credentials to see what’s new. You’ll find all of your past Bill Pay history, payee information, and scheduled payments in place and ready to use.
Will I still have access to the same Bill Pay features as before?
Yes, you will still be able to access all the same Bill Pay features you do today, just a little easier with our improved workflows and friendlier navigation.
Will this update affect the Mobile Banking App?
Yes, the Bill Pay feature with the Mobile Banking app will be updated with the same improved workflows and friendlier navigation to ensure a seamless experience across all devices.
