Debit Card Upgrade Notice

We are excited to announce that we are making enhancements to our BAC Community Bank Debit Cards beginning in early 2021. Although many of the upgrades will be automatic, there are a few items that may need your attention.

The latest updates, information and additional details can be found at www.bankbac.com/debit2021 . 

Please be aware that during the initial upgrade, cardholders will experience the following:

January 18, 2021

• MobiMoney.  Debit card security controls will no longer be supported through the MobiMoney app.
   
• Action Needed : On January 18, 2021, please download the new  CardValet app ( www.bankbac.com/cardvalet ) and establish your debit card security preferences. Once this is complete, you will be able to manage your debit card with new and improved features.
   
• ATM Deposits.  ATM Deposits may not be available during the week of Monday, January 18, 2021. 
   
• Action Needed : Please use Mobile Deposit, Express Depository, Bank-By-Mail, or visit a branch teller to make your deposits.
   
• MoneyPass.  Cash withdrawals can be made with BAC Community Bank Debit Cards at over 32,000 MoneyPass surcharge-free ATMs nationwide.
