Mailing Address

The address provided for your MyCardCreation personalized debit card order must match the address BAC Community Bank currently has on file for your account. If you need to update your mailing address, please do so by calling us at 1-877-226-5820 in advance of placing your card order.

Debit Card Artwork Guidelines

The following image guidelines should help make the customization of your BAC Community Bank Debit Card easy and help you select the best image for your new card.

BAC Community Bank reserves the right to determine whether a submitted image will be accepted or denied. All images submitted must have the consent of the owner, including those images downloaded from the Internet. We will deny the use of images that contain any of the following:

• Trademarks, copyrighted materials or brands of any third party, logos, slogans or any material that could infringe on copyright or trademark rights.
• Phone numbers, addresses, URL addresses, account or PIN numbers.
• Advertising or promotional material, or branded products.
• Celebrities, actors, musicians, professional athletes, politicians or public figures of any kind (the only exception to this is permission-based photos of you, your family members or friends photographed with a famous person).
• Provocative, sexual, profane, obscene, violent or other offensive content.
• Nudity or semi-nudity.
• Images of alcohol, tobacco, or firearms.
• Images which show criminal or illegal activities or otherwise inappropriate behavior.
• Racial, political, religious, culturally or socially sensitive material.
• Any image deemed inappropriate by BAC Community Bank.

Images that do not meet the above guidelines will be declined, and you will be notified by email of our inability to process the request. You may then submit a new image that meets the specifications. If an image or repeatedly submitted images do not follow these guidelines, BAC Community Bank reserves the right to exclude your future use of the MyCardCreation service.

Image Tips

• Images should be a minimum of 840x840 pixels for best picture quality and may not exceed 10 MB in size.
• Images must be either jpeg, gif, png, bmp or tiff formats.
• Small images will reproduce poorly; for best results and greater image clarity, use larger images with higher resolutions.
• You'll have the opportunity to make some adjustments to the appearance of your image in the Debit Card Design Studio.
• If you increase the scale of your image too much, it may print poorly if you have a smaller file size.
• The time your image takes to upload depends on your Internet connection speed; the larger the image, the longer it will take to upload.

Frequently Asked Questions

• How long will it take to get my new card?
  You should receive your new card within 10-14 business days. If you used a custom image, BAC will review your image and send you an e-mail in approximately 2 days to let you know if it is approved. If you selected an image from the BAC Gallery, your card may arrive a bit faster as those do not require image review.
  
  
• How much does it cost?
  There is a $10 fee to personalize your debit card using an image from the BAC Gallery or your own personal image. This amount can be debited from your checking account. These fees will apply each time you request a new or replacement card through the MyCard Creation customization tool. There is no fee for a renewal card.
  
  
• What are the specifications for my image?
  The Personalized Debit Card Guidelines should help guide you to pick an acceptable image for Customized Upload. If your image does not meet the guidelines or if we reject it for any other reason, you will be notified via e-mail and invited to try again using a different image.
  
  All images for Customized Upload must...
  • Be in one of the following file formats: .jpeg, .jpg, .gif, .png, .tiff, .bmp
  • Be less than 10 MB
  • Have pixel dimensions at least 840 x 840
    
    

• Can I add something to an image from the Image Gallery?
  Our Personalized Debit Card Image Gallery is a library of preselected unique background images that cannot be modified. If you would like to add a personal touch, remember you can upload your own image using our Customized Upload option.
